Scratch Screw Up

The Daily Racing Form reports that Belle of the Hall was inadvertently scratched from yesterday’s feature race at Belmont Park. The scratching happened when Carmine Donofrio, a Steward at Belmont Park apparently was responsible for taking scratches.
